Because of Easter

Because of Easter,
there is something more
the Monday after
than leftover jelly beans
and recipes for extra ham in the fridge.
Because of Easter,
everything changes,
not that things will be different someday,
but life is different now.
God is real.

He is risen. He is risen indeed.

And that makes all the difference.
